Together with dozens of community-based organizations and hundreds of farmers and food producers across the state, Friends of the Farm, Purchase Local Arizona, and the Arizona Farmers Market Nutrition programs are building a more resilient, food system in Arizona.

PURCHASING LOCAL
$9,068,550 spent since 2023 on fresh, seasonal, produce gown by Arizona farmers.
Pinnacle Prevention and the Arizona Food Bank Network used LFPA funds to purchase over $9 million dollars worth of food from local farmers through Purchase Local Arizona and Friends of the Farm.
SUPPORTING PRODUCERS
Food was purchased from 326 Producers
in 14 Arizona counties
Of the 326 total producers participating in LFPA-funded programs, 142 have identified as being a socially disadvantaged producer. About 64% 64% of purchases to date have made from underserved farmers.
DISTRIBUTING ACROSS AZ
Food was distributed to 209 organizations across all 15 Arizona counties
Fresh, Arizona-grown food was distributed to 209 organizations, all of which deliver food to underserved locations across all 15 Arizona counties.
